Summer Sunday Suppers

We have the blessing of having our Rachel and her hubby Greg “home” for the next several months.  Greg graduated from law school and new job starts October 28 in NYC  😦   Don’t get me wrong – happy happy for them!  Sad face for me.  But I “bunny trail”….

We began our Summer Sunday Suppers yesterday!  Glenn cooked ham, mashed potatoes, carrots & creme bruele.  All was yummy and it was good to have us all around the table enjoying one another!  I am indeed at my happiest when my chillun’s, their hubbys and the grandchillun’s  and we are all together! Good times!

Bistro Time!

The idea of this blog is to have a place to talk about life, the good the bad and the ugly.  I hope your life is full of more good than bad or ugly.  Truth is we all have moments of all these things.  How do we cope for the bad and the ugly?  I mean life happens and we are in the middle of it right?

Let’s not name names, let’s agree to be general enough to be kind yet specific enough that other’s understand.  The best way I have seen this put is for prayer requests at a bible study I attend (more on that later!); prayer requests need to be respectful enough that if I run into you and whom ever at the mall and are introduced that no one is embarrassed.

So…whatcha got?
